Oh what an album! I’m sure most fans of BTBAM would say Colors I is better, but I’m not most BTBAM fans. This is BTBAM at their most mature, experimental, and relevant. The sociological critique has never been more true. This album is bleak, dire, and angry, but also hopeful and optimistic. A top 20 album for me and a frisson machine.

It was always going to be tough to top Colors 1! They did pretty good job though, those opening few songs were amazing! I really should give the rest of the album a good listen through.
