I thought this was a really cool episode. I had never heard about PhotoStructure or Kodi before and they both sound like the perfect way to keep all media in-house. Kinda bummed that we’re going to need to wait for at least a month to get to the hardware episode where he talks about how to build it.
On that topic, I’m kind of curious if all your self-hosting needs can be met with just one server. In this episode it sounds like he has at least two, one for pictures/videos, calendars, contacts, and notes and another box for the media he streams to his tv. Hope we get some clarification on that in the future.
