I should get some nice stripy rocks. Pickling weights are stupidly expensive on Amazon, like £4-5 per individual weight. Rocks are free if you look in the right places and look better.
What are pickling weights?
Weights to hold the food below the liquid. A cool rock would do that job far better as long as it fits in the jar.
