Testing in the comments if the remindme bot from mstdn.social works on PieFed as well.

Thanks for the reminder. I forgot that existed, because I use Voyager most of the time.
But, I just tested it twice on this post and it didn’t remind me. Where should the PieFed reminders appear?
You could be getting a notification… I’ll try it too.
Yep it worked:
When creating a reminder you need to type in when you want it. I just typed “tomorrow”. But it could easily fail to understand what you meant if you type something unusual, it’s not very smart. We might need to improve the UI there.
I just tested it again
- Reminder set at 09:37
- typed in “in 5 minutes”
- Response:
Reminder added for 2026-01-10 09:42:22.121328+01:00 - Now it’s 09:46 and I received no reminder
I did further testing. Reminders work for me on piefed.social, piefed.zip and crust.piefed.social but not on my self-hosted instance.
Could be a problem relating to YunoHost or some cron job? I checked the logs, but got nothing during this timeframe.
