For Belarus, Lukashenko is the only President it ever had and super Trumpy-authoritarian. USSR broke up, he took Belarus. Since 2000 it’s basically been part of Russia (see Union State )
Kazakhstan is basically the same, except there were like 2 Presidents before the current one (Tokayev). Again, all Trumpy-authoritarian, just lording over a small economy & military instead of the world’s largest.
This is literally the breakdown of the world order.
