When they built this daycare centre, it was apparently cheaper buying clothes drying closets from Sweden… And Sweden has its own language that is as closely related to the local language here, Finnish, as Arabic is related to Spanish. So, just like it would make sense having a machine with text in Arabic in Spain, it makes sense to have one with text in Swedish in Finland.

Spanish people don’t need to study Arabic in school, but then again most Finns don’t really learn anything in the Swedish classes

But ok, I’ll be a good **** for the machine all right. I do understand I need to know my place.

    Luckily one of the devices later broke down and was replaced by another one. It didn’t come from Sweden, but speaks English instead of Finnish all the same.
