Caribou Coffee has removed its plant-based milk surcharge nationwide, and customers can now order dairy-free beverages at no additional cost

That’s a great way to at least get more people to give it a try

    There comes a point when you don’t waste alternative products because you’re selling more, once that happens then there isn’t a need for the surcharge because the product is in line with everything else.
