Philip Schneider (23 April 1947—10 January 1996) was a lecturer on Dulce Base. He had been on lecture tour for two years, prior to his death, speaking out about government cover-ups, black projects and UFO phenomena. His motivation to speak out in public, may have been from the death of his friend, Ron Rummel publisher of Alien Digest, who died on 6th August, 1993, from allegedly having shot himself with a gun. Based on the information given in the testimony of Cynthia Schneider Drayer, the date of death of Phil Schneider is thereabouts, on the same day as Karla Turner’s death on 10 January 1996.
