He suggests it was an oversight…it’s irony since he wouldn’t understand double entendre:

“I don’t think it’s appropriate for anybody to be tracking that,” Johnson told reporters. “So I will echo that to anybody involved with DOJ, and I’m sure it was an oversight. That’s my guess.”

    Quote is from politico article.

He doesn’t actually give a shit, he’s just forced to say something because Bondi was so sloppy there’s photographs of the search history in her binder.

Notice he says he assumes this is an oversight, and not “how dare u” or that he’ll do anything.

      Getting caught was an oversight.

I’m just wondering what the fuck they hoped to leverage this shit for.

like, this took time and effort and an intention to break laws - who the fuck thought the payoff would be worth it, and what did it get them? aside from caught in the act?

Have Capitol Police detain them in a ‘secure hidden location’. Like a 55 gallon drum that’s been welded shut and covered in concrete.

I’m not fucking joking. Just do it, then say you don’t have records of what happened to them, or that you can’t divulge the location for national security purposes. Anyone that comes to investigate, do the same to them, until the point is observed. If you step into the capitol to lie to Congress, you don’t fucking leave. No matter what your title, or net worth.
