Also they look ugly if the photo is cropped like that. a lot of those commie-blocks are part of planned neigbourhoods, which means green areas and children’s parks in between, shops, cafes and schools nearby, direct access to public transport, cheap central heating etc.
I think if I was a homeless person I’d buy a hacksaw blade for $1 and just spend an hour cutting that fucking steel off.
