- chickpeas cooked in a pressure cooker
- red onion (one cooked in sesame oil and one raw)
- capsicum (green and yellow)
- cucumber
- tomato
- apple
- grated red carrot
- vegan mayonnaise
- soy yogurt
- store bought salsa
- vinegar
- sweet and spicy ketchup
- topped with toasted cashews and walnuts
- rock salt, black salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano
That’s all, I think. I made 4-5 servings and all this took half an hour, excluding cooking chickpeas. Diced everything finely and mixed together in a large bowl.
