This contains:

  • macaroni made of semolina
  • chickpeas cooked in a pressure cooker
  • red onion (one cooked in sesame oil and one raw)
  • capsicum (green and yellow)
  • cucumber
  • tomato
  • apple
  • grated red carrot
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • soy yogurt
  • store bought salsa
  • vinegar
  • sweet and spicy ketchup
  • topped with toasted cashews and walnuts
  • rock salt, black salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano

That’s all, I think. I made 4-5 servings and all this took half an hour, excluding cooking chickpeas. Diced everything finely and mixed together in a large bowl.
