      Absolutely.

      Every piece of trash who voted for him or abstained made it 100% certain he will never see justice for any of his crimes unless it’s at the Hague.

          The world since 1945 has been set up so the US doesn’t have to follow any of the rules it and others have signed onto abiding by. But heaven forbid anyone else do that - because hypocrisy is a feature, not a bug.
