I mean they’ve been under brutal siege warfare from the fascists in the US. What exactly do you expect Cuba to do? Meanwhile, stuff like solar has only become cheap very recently, and Cuba has already installed quite a bit of solar capacity with the help of China. Seems to me like you’re just complaining here without spending any time to actually understand the situation?
