    Soooo glad I just deleted my ig. The only meta thing I have is Facebook and I only use that bc all my boomer family members do.

    Meta monetizing Instagram with paid tiers is not innovation. It is the same move every dying social network makes: extract more money from the users who stayed after the interesting people left. The platform peaked when it was free and started declining the moment it figured out how to monetize attention at scale.
