In Barcelona, there’s an espresso drink called a caballero and seems to be the preferred beverage of on-duty cops. To the untrained eye, it can look like any other espresso, but it’s almost always 100% whiskey. 🤫
Oh, we made a joke of it at the time —just not in front of the cops in said cafe: openly armed and quietly sipping whiskey (while on-duty) from dainty demitasses at 10am in the morning. ☝🏼🤫
