ah yeah that’s a good point. the rest of the world’s perception of Burgerland is still probably riding the coattails of hollywood films and tv shows etc. Probably it’s only been in the social media era of the last decade or so that the curtain’s being pulled back ever so slightly.

I think most people outside of the US still imagine the average American living like in a 90s sitcom, not even accurate back then, but far less accurate now.
