I’ve realize that in the morning eating two bananas is like the perfect amount to get me jump started. I typically struggle to have an appetite in the morning, so this is great for me.
What do you typically eat for breakfast as a “go-to” when you’re trying to get moving, especially if you’re not really hungry?


My wife and I both are not wild about eating for awhile after waking up. Both prefer our caffeine drink of choice. From my perspective after an hour im ready eat something light like a piece of fruit or pastery but not like wanting to eat just that I could eat it if available. After another hour im now wanting the light thing and could eat something more substantial like biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs (if I had not eaten the light thing previous). Another hour and I will want the heavier thing and even if I had had the light thing awhile back but not so much if I ate the light thing later. This all leads to me prefering a kinda late lunch like 2pm. Now a days to I try not to eat after 8pm and usually its not after 7pm. Because of this I like to have something fiberous in the six oclock hour so I will feel full as I go to sleep.
