I’ve realize that in the morning eating two bananas is like the perfect amount to get me jump started. I typically struggle to have an appetite in the morning, so this is great for me.

A couple of spoons of shredded lineseeds in a glass of soy milk, an apple, a few figs, and a snickers bar.
