After having a back injury that has kept me from running all year, I finally had surgery at the end of November.
2023: I have walked two ParkRuns (23rd and 25th December) since surgery.
2024: Run. I’m not allowed (surgeon’s instructions) to run until at least March, but hopefully after that I’ll be out of the gate like a Melbourne Cup winner!
