I’ve been tempted to try it in my city but I figure there would be a statewide manhunt for the Mad Penis Painter but no potholes filled.
The community in Colorado Springs does this. If they clean up the graffiti, but don’t fix the pothole, there will be more graffiti within a few days
If this was done where I live, the city/county would have merely painted over the dick instead of fixing the pothole.

At first glance, before I read the headline, I thought this was a picture taken from a drone and we were looking at a huge wang around a small lake.
My sleep addled brain saw that as an aerial photo and had a hard time comprehending how someone drew a massive cock around an entire city.
