      I mean, is anyone even counting ‘cop beats up woman’?

      no really, is anyone? Because from what I can see one of the biggest flaws with our law enforcement is an utter lack of uniform rules of conduct or rules requiring federal tracking of these kinds of incidents, enabling problem police to just go on to the next jurisdiction instead of suffering consequences for their crimes.
