If international law doesn’t apply to Israel then it does not exist. This will essentially collapse the institution.

It is how the League of Nations fell apart.

Italy invaded Ethiopia, and the king of Ethiopia made an impassioned plea to the League. They were the only independent African nation, and were actually members of the League.

The plea was ignored, and Mussolini’s Italy committed war crimes that were easily on par with anything the Nazis did when it came their turn to invade a country, and methed out Nazis had literal baby shooting competitions in Poland.

International Law doesn’t apply to those with a lot of weapons and money. Case in point: Russia, the U.S., Israel, the U.K…

      Fully agree.

If this kind of institution starts to be ignored, with no consequences, then it no longer serves a purpose.

          There’s not.

Russian invasion of Ukraine and no significant consequences was one of the most recent examples.

What are you talking about? Russia has been sanctioned to hell and back and billions have been given to Ukraine. Did the same happen with Palestine?

They’ve been sanctioned, but not to hell and back. They’ve had minimal real consequences.

They certainly haven’t stopped Russia from continuing to kill families indescriminately.ane constantly.

Not sure what you’re asking about Palistine.
