Don’t get me wrong, some people have managed to find treatment for chronic pain in things like acupuncture and chiropractic care that they couldn’t get elsewhere, but most of the time this is presented as equal to physiotherapy despite lacking any scientific support, and the inability for “alternative medicine” to cure or permanently treat people.
