Hi. I’m looking for a solution to stream media files that i have on my PC to my projector. Bear in mind i have an old Dell Projector that luckily has an HDMI port but otherwise not much functionality. Currently i stream via my phone using VLC for Android and it works flawlessly. Any media devices that don’t require me to start the movie via my PC as Chromecast requires. I would just like access to the media files via an HDMI media device basically that plugs into the projectors HDMI port. Hope i conveyed what I’m looking for clearly enough. I’ll answer any follow up questions or if someone can point me to the appropriate reddit community perhaps that can help. Thanks.
