A lot of printers are built to break. Ideally that would be illegal but it isn’t. I haven’t had a printer for years and whenever I look into it I just hate what I can get and continue without one. Having kids I would love to print coloring sheets sometimes so I would love to eventually buy a printer. And then I’d love to use that for decades, so this here does look promising

Not all of them do. I always thought of them as “good” and “bad” ladybugs. The bad ones stink. I have a feeling it correlates with lighter color. More orange than red. But this is purely anecdotal 😋

2·12 days agoI’d love to pay up for a better camera module. I don’t want to miss great shots due to a bad camera. Moments with small kids are too precious. Ob the performance front I’m pretty sure I’m past needing flagship level chips

I notice there are several similar domains by now. I know a few people who have this is the forever status message in the work messaging tool
The numbers looked low until I realised the last European numbers I saw were per million, not per 100k.
Sad when you understand that “green” in this map is twice as many as the average in Europe (and 4 times as much as where I live)
Nothing does everything. Huh
Gotta love when I get what happened at a quick glance. Good improvements and great communication

Regardless of whether or not they’re from the same day and what caffeine does: that’s so much waste! If you drink at the same place, get a fucking reusable cup! Cutting down on this nonsense would do so much more than damn paper straws. It’s not even hard. Drinking out of a nice cup is more enjoyable too. I really hate when I forgot my thermos or a store refuses to fill it
Totally. You don’t need to pretend to cry to make a point. I rarely cry but if I do it’s usually a relief to get it out. If the kids are around so be it. I don’t want to pretend to them that those feelings aren’t valid.
In general, yes, kids don’t need to know about all the little troubles of adulthood. But when you have a rare situation that makes you incredibly sad, like hearing of a friend passing away, being overburdened by stress at Work, … It’s better that kids know that crying is okay, others can take care of you and you get better again.

Punching that guy in the face is not violence either, you know? /s
