They’ll last you years longer than the cheapie ones that play NES games since they have community custom firmware. Plus they play way more: NES, SNES, Gameboys, PS1, Genesis, etc.
MSRP on these are ~$50-60. However you can get them for as low as $25-30 if you use Chinese sites like TEMU. If you’re curious I can send you more info
