If im not mistaken, you cannot open a video in a new tab. Since it isn’t a website, it works in invidious tho.

I might be wrong but i think it is because they don’t give you the option to opt out and use the wifi.

I made a massive update to my personal website. I’m still working on the road camera project with my brother (I think i mentioned it last month, it is going to become a list of all publicly available goverment road cameras in Sweden with links to view each one), we have started working on the server that will host it now. I also started working on afew different GitHub CC:T projects :)

I also started and am mostly finished with making a personal website (might share it in the future) and started working on a website for a friend.

I also started working on but haven’t gotten far with a LUA ASCII game based around a discord server im in.

Finally me and a friend made a small code in haskell that allows you to search for keywords in multiple different lemmy instance descriptions in a 24 hour (with many breaks) session. (just don’t ask where i got the dataset from) https://github.com/Ian-ko/lemmy-instance-finder

Here are the Linux distros i have tried this year and my opinions on them:

Arch: I liked it and im sticking with it on my laptop, it is great on such a medium power machine. But the updates suck if you do not have a reliable internet connection.

Mint: I love it and im going to stay with mint for a long time on my main PC i think.

Fedora: Nice installer but a pain to work with.

Tails: A nice idea and pretty easy to install but way too painful for daily driving.

Slax: Did not work.

I almost don’t do donations at all because i either don’t have the money or they don’t support the swedish version of cashapp, swish. Every time i have wanted to donate anything to anyone this had been the issues i face, except for one twitch streamer who became one of my better friends and one server hoster who i later on realized alot of bad things about. In both of these cases there was no transaction fee.

TL;DR Swish takes no transaction fees but barely anyone takes swish. The few times i have the opportunity to donate i usually don’t have the money to donate.
