I do use QoS on my router, but that’s not what I want: I want it explicitly on OS level. If that doesn’t prioritize in the first place, it’s one hop lost with bad/missing prioritization. In my example, my bad ping was actually with enabled router-prioritization. It’s not enough.

Found the reason: You need to install mumble via rpm, not via Flatpak.

Ich gehe davon aus, dass eine Helmpflicht zu weniger Radfahren führen wird: 3.a) weil die Leute keinen Bock auf Helme haben, 3.b) weil es zu umständlich ist (wo lagern, wie transportieren,…), 3.c) weil es das Bild schafft, dass radfahren gefährlich sei, und damit Leute abschreckt (oder auch Eltern es ihren Kindern verbieten). Damit wird der positive Effekt des Radfahrens zurückgedrängt, die Leute fahren wieder mehr Auto/Bahn, bewegen sich weniger, verpesten mehr die Luft,… Ein Bärendienst für die Gesellschaft.

Oh, ich trage einen Helm beim Radeln. Gleichzeitig bin ich überzeugt, dass eine Helmpflicht gesamtgesellschaftlich negative Folgen hätte.
