Mesa Verde is one of those ‘cliff dwellings’ sort of places, near Cortez, CO. There’s a plaque on the tour that describes the two cowboys who ‘discovered’ Mesa Verde in the 1860s, more or less. I often wonder what went thru those two guys heads, seeing a cliffside apartment house, more advanced than most anything they had seen built by Europeans, and which at that time had already been abandoned for 600 years.

Yah know, in this modern world there are so many things that are immediately knowable, and yet even looking up something knowable takes time. I encourage people to rest comfortably in those tiny moments of unknowing, for the time during which they last. Savor the mystery.

I’ve studied biochemistry, and applied the principles for over 3 decades. I’m so thankful to finally have an accurate image of Krebs’ Cycle. This brings it all together for me. :-D
