I’m of the opinion that the best GBA is the one that you play.
The one that you play is the one you can see without a side table lamp.
Get yourself an IPS screen mod and a case that fits it and call it a day.

I hope they don’t touch the UI honestly.
I respect your opinion, and I understand where it’s coming from, but I find the switches UI to be basically perfect. No fuss, no fuckabouts, just gets me into the game.
I know this is a super divisive topic on the internet, so I know you’re not alone in your opinion. I just don’t really see what else would be wanted because for me, it does literally everything I’d want it to do.
Iron out a few hiccups, Bluetooth audio quick access menu, eShop speed, but buy and large, I love the streamlinedness of the Switches UI.
No.
Been a fold user for going on 3 years now, and the outside display is pretty indespensible. Being able to use the phone as a normal phone, then being able to open the device and use it as a tablet, is the whole schtick. One doesn’t really work without the other.
That’s where I’m at as well.
I was under the impression that I’d just hit it up on desktop every once and again. But now? I feel dirty using the site at all. Really hard to feel comfortable supporting that kind of behavior.
God I so wish there was something more official than PokeMMO. I’ve always wanted to try it, but haven’t done so yet.
The concept itself is so strong!
Idk respectfully, devices used for spans of time counting in days is far from “dead”. You got a leamon, it happens.
Talk to me when we see devices dying after a handful of months/ within the first year (when you can’t just immediately get your money back because you put in a return).
I think it’s good for no other reasons other than to get the game into the hands of people who haven’t played it.
As the years continue, games on DS and 3DS will become increasingly difficult to play due to their unique form factor, and getting ahead of it and bringing as many games over to systems with a more traditional controlayout can only be a good thing I think.
Admitadly, the footage they showed looks far smoother than the games do. It could just be then cherry picking footage, and I’m expecting nothing from GF, but we’ll have to see.
Never played Mario RPG, but I’m down to try it! Should be cool!
Sadly, I think TotK DLC is more likely. If that’s the case, TP and WW will be forced to wait for a bit longer.
This is a thing with a lot of eastern video game developers, but Nintendo for their size specifically really needs to step up in this regard.
The OS level controller binding was a good first step, but until they have it at a game level, it’s just not as helpful as it aught to be. Realistically, this stuff should be programmed into the game itself, but barring that, Nintendo could fix this largely with an OS update tomorrow that allowed for OS level rebinding of controls that saved per game.
Lemme seems to scratch the same itch even if the communities that I often frequented on reddit aren’t quite the same. Hopefully they’ll grow before long.
Super excited to put steam OS or chimera OS onto my Ally!
Just waiting on Wi-Fi then I’ll be there day 1!
Super excited for this!
I KNEW IT!
Felt super weird seeing posts from over a day old, it’s like they haven’t changed.
I stand by the fact that I think Prime 4 will be a duel release for the Switch and the next Nintendo hardware. By doing so it’d make a pretty solid launch title I’d think.
145 hours and I finished at 70ish% map completion.
I did all the shrines and light roots, finished all of the side adventures, and upgraded most of the armour.
