Mini dog walk done.

Ran into a recently spayed doggo so naturally hambam tries to get it on… naturally at the wrong end. Poor other doggo was a little confused.

New event for the Dog Olympics… How far can doggo obnoxiously move its bowl down the hallway at 6:30am wanting brekkie.

I haven’t had a bougie bath in a very long time. Aunt’s bath is really nice (resort sort of nice) so I had to tonight was a long day. Lush. Lit the candles, lights off. i’m not really into that that sort of thing but yea… nice.

Last time I used that thing was when I chucked hambam in for a bath when he was covered in mud / fuck knows what else.

Tonight was my night though.

Yeah he’s done for the day.

Still hopeless at the dog park. Zero recall ability. Today just wandered off when I was chuckin’ the ball, found someone else with a ball and decided that was a better ball so followed the lady with the ‘better’ ball (who wasn’t even throwing it) around for 10 mins. I thought alright maybe he’ll come back… nope. Had to go get him (again).

Just met hambams vet at the dog park. Lovely lady and very hard core knew her shit and doesn’t suffer fools that’s for sure. Had a nice long walk and chat with her around the park. Convo got surprisingly personal. She invited me back to her practice up the road, had some champagne w/ her and her assistant and got some great tips on hambam.

Offered me use of her clinic to leave the dog there and for training whenever I need if I need to go help my mum.

So random.

There are kind souls out there but I was not expecting that.

Wake up at 7, give doggo food then he goes outside to lie down on bluestone for 10 mins.

i think my favourite thing about this toy is finding all the different (rude) ways to turn it off when streaming. ‘Shut the fuck up’ actually works to my surprise.

just came home w/ a pizza for me.

Gotta love travelling for an hour on a Sun for a $4 item and having to walk almost the whole way because no trams came :(

Alternative was $8 shipping.

Good walk though nice and warm now no regrets.

Off in an hour to look after doggo for a few weeks. Bit worried about the whole thing but we’ll see.

Managed to break the cold tap in the shower whilst in there. That’s 3 different showers in 3 weeks lol. Managed to fix this one but the other 2 remain borked.

Split second panic thinking ‘ooh if that starts throwing out a jet’. Scared the crap outta me.

Water things and I continue our little spat.

More Nepal:

One of my faves, in this village one kid got so wasted he fell into the latrine on the way back from a tea house but it was so cold it was frozen solid. We were all wasted so pulling him out was an effort. His lucky day.

This was in Kathmandu and probably the most confronting thing we saw. Funeral pyre.
