Yeah, my impression with hypnosis was that it worked through some combination of placebo effect and social influence. I have given some hypnosis audios a glance out of curiosity, but a combination of my skepticism of hypnosis being effective and length of the recordings turned me off from giving them a try. I mainly browse r/gonewildaudio to find stuff to fall asleep listening to, and the hypnosis audios seem to require more active attention from the listener. I suppose I can give them another try when I have the time to give my full attention. The role-play aspect is still definitely compelling to me, and I enjoy the idea of getting mentally dominated. Do you have any recommended femdom hypnosis media or other resources to learn more? Thank you for your answer!

I’m interested in femdom, and I have seen some femdom hypnosis audios while browsing r/gonewildaudio, but have never given them a listen. How does it work exactly? The only stuff I know about hypnosis was from my introduction to psychology class.
