Check out this repo I used it to build Lemmy docker images on ARM64

I personally don’t use Open office, but something similar happened with collabora online. I had to modify the WOPI allowed IP settings to the docker internal subnet. Not sure if there is something similar for Open Office. Hopefully this helps. Thank you.
