This is maybe the worst implementation of this template I’ve seen.

The hospital a nurse friend of mine was working at started treating nurses like servers at a restaurant: if it “wasn’t busy” they’d cancel their shift last minute or cut them and tell them to go home. And of course they also have on call shifts. Impossible for someone to make a living wage like that if you never know how many hours you’ll get, and yet they also claim so much time commitment that you’ll be unable to work second jobs. Profit-driven healthcare is never going to provide best quality of care. It’s pure greed.

I think this game had trouble deciding whether it wanted to be an open world sandbox thing or have a narrative/progression. I never felt like it did well at trying to be both.

As someone who read the books but didn’t watch this, how does the show work? How closely is it following the books and is it rotating cast a lot for different eras? The books take place over centuries and eras.

I’m not saying this is the case, but it is very possible that if this person purchased the rifle legally, they believe that the purchase will be traceable back to them and that they will almost certainly be caught. So they could have acted with the mindset that they would be throwing away their own life.

That said this would probably be useful for post ranking on the back end, if they’re not already using it. There’s always been a noticeable thing on reddit where posts on large subs with little activity don’t seem to bubble up much on /r/popular. Which makes those subs seem even deader because they don’t get new blood.

I dunno, I wouldn’t think a cooking sub would consider making a mornay sauce and boiling some noodles to be a real heavy burden. As for the cost maybe? The cheese would be the most expensive component but I think it’s probably worth the upgrade to go from powdered cheese to real cheese.
