Sometimes the world is alright.
Living fossil.
Sometimes the world is alright.
Pole position? 👀
Tyre management has been Kimi’s biggest weakness so far (common for rookies) and with the C6 tyre not even lasting a lap without management it’s no surprise he struggled a bit here.
Rare big brain moment by Aston to burn a set of mediums for a Q3 visit. This C6 tire can’t even last a lap it seems.
The race weekend in F1 reminded me of another Sync feature I miss: Sports Mode. It’s a toggle for viewing comments in a post that automatically refreshes every 15 seconds, which is really great for participating in live threads.
EDIT: Also - and this is minor and cosmetic - but when you tap the comment sort type top left and change sorting type for an open post it would be nice if it updated. As is it seems to keep showing your default sorting type, so I sometimes have to double check that I’ve switched over from Hot to New.
Safety in modern F1 is at such a high level I genuinely think fatalities are eliminated outside of complete freak accidents. Looking at stuff like this and the Zhou Silverstone crash and the drivers coming out unscathed in both instances is absolutely unbelievable.
Yuki noooo.
I’m not subscribed to that many. !formuladank@lemmy.world is probably the main one, and !adhd@lemmy.dbzer0.com. !autism@lemmy.world also has some memes.
My favourite is !reallyshittycopper@lemmy.world but it’s not the most active one out there.
PipePipe is my go-to as well.
I did not need to know that it’s been an entire year already. Holy hell.
Too, late hombre. Now share with us your favourite Lemmy cums.
Eh, I don’t know that this is something we need to gatekeep about to be honest. “Comms” doesn’t really roll off the tongue so if people want to keep saying “subs” I’m not going to correct them, it’s not like anyone would misconstrue what they mean. Plus we can’t even settle for a name amongst ourselves with Mbin keeping on referring to them as “magazines”.
I played it this year. It’s a pretty good deal if you’re into GTA-likes. Solid 7.5/10 game, looks very good for it’s age and the kung-fu gameplay is a fun twist, though gunplay is pretty awful. Driving is fun if (expectedly) arcadey and the cars all feel very different.
The story starts off strong with the undercover cop angle but starts testing your suspension of disbelief eventually with the amount of mayhem you cause, especially in the second half. Thankfully the game is pretty perfectly paced, progress feels snappy and it’s not too long overall.
Overall recommend it if you enjoy the genre and want some superficial fun.
I fucking love Finland.
Any bets for how many tenths the upgrade will lose them?
I think under the title looks better but under the post feels better. Does that make any sense? Anyway I’d be happy with either of those.
I’m the world’s least loyal Twitch viewer. I tend to shop around for streams of any given game I’m currently obsessed with (I have watched my fair share of Disco Elysium streams over the years) but I never really stick around when they move on to a game I don’t care about.
On balance over time I guess my answer would be Northernlion, though I really only consume his content via the Library of Letorneau YouTube channel.
Qualy has been producing bangers for years, even when the racing sometimes fails to deliver.
