Bots, man. Bots.
So, you’re looking for a more ‘consequence-free’ instance? Is that an accurate statement?
I view moderation as ‘the rules of the house’. When you go to another person’s house, you are expected to abide by their (hopefully sane and sensible) rules. If you don’t, you are asked to leave. Sometimes, you are forcibly removed if things escalate. If you don’t like the rules of the house, or you can’t find common ground with the people there, don’t go there.
I now know more about this subject than I ever thought possible. Thank you, everyone, for your thoughtful replies. It is very much appreciated. :)
I just don’t answer any call from a number that I don’t recognize. If it’s something important, they’ll leave a message. If they don’t, then I’ll forget about it and go on with my day.
Okay, I understood about 5% of what you just said, but I think I get the general gist of it. Thanks for your reply.
How do you know we aren’t?
Forgive me for being dense, but how can they have a security patch without the latest update? I’m speaking specifically of Linux Mint and the repositories that are used after a fresh install, here. In my experience (which may differ from yours), I’ve never had to regress to an earlier version of software due to the latest version having some kind of vulnerability. It’s just not something I’ve ever had to do, although I’m not ruling out the possibility that others have experienced this.
Some of the very best game sessions I’ve ever had were ones that didn’t use any map whatsoever. It’s nice to have visual aids, of course, but I don’t think it’s always an absolute must-have.
Joplin probably.
There is always hope. It just depends on how much effort you personally are willing to put in to help change the things you’re seeing. There are several movements (50501 and Indivisible are two that immediately spring to mind) with millions of members that are currently fighting to change things. Get involved.
Betamax…wow…lol. That really brings me back… :D
Or what kind of boss she has. When I see stuff like that, I always make sure to tip well.
One of my faves from childhood. I still love corny old fantasy movies to this day. :D
I think it can be done ethically to the extent that the children are presented with the faith of their parents, but when they reach an age of maturity (which will be different for each child), they will be free to pursue their own faith practices.
Treating waitstaff or any other retail/restaurant worker poorly.
He also never said who he was going to make America great again for.
I believe that the more wealth a person has, the more likely it is that they abused and harmed others to achieve that wealth. Therefore, the more wealthy a person is, the less I trust and respect them.
Ran a 2.5 year campaign in this setting. Had enormous amounts of fun with it, and it remains one of my very favorite settings to this day.
