Just to jump onto this comment: Factorio just released a major expansion this week.

In a similar vibe, Satisfactory just left early access a few weeks ago.

Donk is a 2nd or 3rd date kind of genre.

I think that perceived smoothness from 40 fps comes from the LCD screen they chose, and using a controller. Docking the deck to a monitor and using a mouse makes it much more noticeable; but running games at 720p makes it much easier to hit 60 fps.

That looks like it was a lot of fun. I would have hopped in if I had known there was a MP session going. Maybe in the future I’ll join, or I can offer up a dedicated server.

I always try to keep my reviews constructive for small devs. So far, they’ve always appreciated the detailed feedback. I’ve had a few where I completely changed my reviews after they fixed my complaints and let me know about the update.

Nice. I’ve been playing around with modular factories and transport recently, too. The hardest part seems to be committing after making a large enough factory to slowly squeeze past tier 6, but I’ve really taken to decorating the new facilities once they’ve been built. Rotors and stators are next on my list. I made a large crystal oscillator factory this weekend that manages to pump out a whopping… 22/min.

Personally I think it’s because Lemmy users tend to lean towards an older/more mature audience; and that crowd tends to comment less often in general.

They might have thought they contaminated a clean room, but that certainly did not seem to be constructed like one. Teledyne makes a lot of electronic parts for a lot of different airframes in a lot of locations… It’s unlikely this vandalism did anything substantial.
