the CPC is holding back China’s development
god fucking damn, if 5.2% GDP growth projected by the IMF for 2023 + 45 uninterrupted years without a recession is “holding back” imagine what “real growth” looks like
aaaand of course it’s tied to south korea/moonies
BRICKS: it’s what you western dogs are shitting at the thought of not being able to sanction “regimes” you don’t like
It is indeed completely irrational to fight 17 months, lose hundred thousand+ soldiers, most of your somewhat modern equipment and damage your economy for decades to come while proving to be incapable of even remotely reaching the goals set
But enough about Ukraine’s performance in this war…
There are literally pictures of bloodshed
A UN Resolution of global south nations:https://undocs.org/pdf?symbol=en/A/HRC/41/G/17
We express our firm opposition to relevant countries’ practice of politicizing human rights issues, by naming and shaming, and publicly exerting pressures on other countries. We commend China’s remarkable achievements in the field of human rights by adhering to the people-centered development philosophy and protecting and promoting human rights through development. We also appreciate China’s contributions to the international human rights cause.
World Bank Investigation of Xinjiang:https://www.worldbank.org/en/news/statement/2019/11/11/world-bank-statement-on-review-of-project-in-xinjiang-china
When allegations are made, the World Bank takes them seriously and reviews them thoroughly. In line with standard practice, immediately after receiving a series of serious allegations in August 2019 in connection with the Xinjiang Technical and Vocational Education and Training Project, the Bank launched a fact-finding review, and World Bank senior managers traveled to Xinjiang to gather information directly…The team conducted a thorough review of project documents, engaged in discussions with project staff, and visited schools directly financed by the project, as well as their partner schools that were the subject of allegations. The review did not substantiate the allegations.
Organization of Islamic Cooperation praises Chinese handling of Xinjiang:https://www.oic-oci.org/docdown/?docID=4447&refID=1250
Welcomes the outcomes of the visit conducted by the General Secretariat’s delegation upon invitation from the People’s Republic of China; commends the efforts of the People’s Republic of China in providing care to its Muslim citizens; and looks forward to further cooperation between the OIC and the People’s Republic of China.

Egyptian media delegates visit Xinjiang: https://www.thenews.com.pk/latest/430738-egyptian-media-delegates-provide-a-detailed-insight-of-the-situation-in-xinjiang
The recently published report also brings forth some interesting facts related to the religious freedom as opposed to the western propaganda. The report provides a strong testimonial by the visiting delegates who clearly state, “the in houses of worship such as the Id Kah Mosque in Kashgar, modern facilities abound, providing water, electricity and air conditioning. Local clerics told the visitors that their religious activities had been very well protected”. “The conditions here are very good,” said Abdelhalim Elwerdany, of Egypt’s Al-Gomhuria newspaper. “I could feel that local Muslims fully enjoy religious freedom.”
Also Adrian Zenz is a complete moron:
half the planet
I think you overestimate your importance, try 14% of the planet instead.
The only solution is a military invasion of NK
The DPRK has nuclear weapons
The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the People’s Republic of China have a treaty going back to 1961 which in Article II clearly states that: “The Contracting Parties undertake jointly to adopt all measures to prevent aggression against either of the Contracting Parties by any state. In the event of one of the Contracting Parties being subjected to the armed attack by any state or several states jointly and thus being involved in a state of war, the other Contracting Party shall immediately render military and other assistance by all means at its disposal.”
Aggression on them is aggression on China, good luck! 😄
coexistence
Which is not what is happening since Bolivia is using the Yuan for trades that were previously made in USD.
objective reporting
lol. lmao.
It’s from a brave hero that fought for Ukrainian independence from the Soviet Union in WW2 alongside Stepan Bandera, he’s remembered very fondly by them today! /s
“says Russian media” in the title
The source is a pro-Ukraine Telegram account and nothing else, insane what passes as “news” these days 🤣
Nothing in that link shows SWIFT blocked Cuba. Quite the contrary, I’ve done a relatively exhaustive search… SWIFT has NEVER blocked Cuba. So yes… you’re lying.
Why are you so hell bent on defending the American empire against the Cuban people?
No, you haven’t done a “relatively exhaustive search”, if you had you would have learned that SWIFT has indeed blocked Cuba in the past.
https://www.dw.com/en/swift-could-slow-trumps-iran-sanctions/a-46119092
Based in Belgium, SWIFT claims political neutrality, but has bowed to US influence in the past, blocking transactions to Cuba and Iran.
The SWIFT software manual even admits to auto flagging payments that contain the word “Cuba” even if they’re not related to Cuba (the country) at all 🤣
https://www.swift.com/sites/default/files/documents/swift_iso20022_thirdpartytoolkit_final.pdf (Page 13)
In the MT example, it’s highly likely the payment would be one of the 10% typically stopped by a sanctions filter, triggering an investigation. This is because the word ‘Cuba’ appears in the name and address and it’s otherwise unclear where the payment is going.
In the common law of most English-speaking countries, there is no general duty to come to the rescue of another.
Demonic worldview, just because your law books used to legitimize slavery would you also practice it?
Holy shit, is the new propaganda line that the embargo on Cuba doesn’t exist at all? 🤣
Straight from the horse’s mouth:
https://ofac.treasury.gov/faqs/779
The 180-day rule is a statutory restriction prohibiting any vessel that enters a port or place in Cuba to engage in the trade of goods or the purchase or provision of services there from entering any U.S. port for the purpose of loading or unloading freight for 180 days after leaving Cuba, unless authorized by OFAC. This restriction is applied even if a vessel has stopped in Cuba solely to purchase services unrelated to the trade of goods, such as planned ship maintenance. The 180-day rule is separate from a second statutory restriction – the goods/passengers-on-board rule – which prohibits any vessel carrying goods or passengers to or from Cuba or carrying goods in which Cuba or a Cuban national has an interest from entering a U.S. port with such goods or passengers on board, unless authorized or exempt.
That’s news to me, I’ve never heard someone claim it doesn’t, usually they just say that it exists and Cuba deserves it for being authoritarian.
Because it has a tank logo
