  • Wow, that post explained so much of my personal musings on macro social systems in such a neat and excellent way. I’ve always framed it in tiers of evolution: biological, social, and now technological, with each one requiring the previous tier to advance to a degree, and each increasing the owner species’ adaptational might within an ecosystem. To fall behind in the overall might is to accept eventual extinction, or at best irrelevance. Definitely bookmarking this for future musings.

  • Okay bear with me. I’m talking about just the thumbnail of your pic. It’s a total of 5mm of ultra grainy pic on my phone screen, and I usually have blue light filters on that really don’t help. If the picture is blown up even a slight amount I can’t see it anymore.

This is what I’m sorta seeing if you shrink it down another 2 or 3x. I see the face out of her back, and I only register the mat as shoulders, with the bottom half of her dress thing I’m misinterpreting as the shadow cast on Armstrong’s shoulder from his absolute 5 head, which is just me not seeing any difference in color of her head due to the low color levels, thus only seeing a slight shadow. I fully expect you to not see it, I’m really good at misinterpreting even the mildest of ambiguity in pictures.

  • Lol, it looks like 2 phones sandwiched together.

On a more serious note, it looks nice, but I don’t like the idea of screens touching eachother (or God forbid, grinding something between the screens). I like my phones dumb and simple, then soup up the real computers to do all the heavy lifting and main use. Plus there can’t be any durable cases for this thing right? How do you get a screen guard on without causing hinge issues due to the new depth? It’s a fun gimmick, but it just ain’t for anyone other than power users and maybe book readers, I bet it feels fucking amazing for that.
