Haven’t picked up Beastars yet. But I must admit that this picture is really nice
Nintendo could help her by releasing a new tittle with her, I’m sure it would bring some arts
I was really invested towards the end, rooting for Judy to take the first spot
A little problem I’m currently having is - when I navigate to a post, and then navigate back, often I’m brought to the wrong page - the content of the list is loaded like I would go back 2 pages, but paging works as if i was on a right page. Let’s say I’m on the page 2 of all, and i view a post. When I go back to the list - I see list of posts from page 1. But If I press button to go to the next page I go to page 3, skipping most of the page 2. This does not happen if I refresh the list before viewing the post - then I navigate correctly. This is on Vivaldi browser
On version 18.0 I had a problem - upvoting posts closed previews. It seems it’s fixed in this version :)
Maybe some trigger on database when new community is created?
My investigation led me to find it was posted on twitter and the tweet is now removed http://web.archive.org/web/20190930061251/https://twitter.com/Kemmahi/status/1178552885795180550
The artist seem to have changed the handle of their twitter account. It’s now https://twitter.com/Kemmuono/
Here’s Telegram channel where their art is still there (and link to the art) https://t.me/kemmyarts/123
Is there a problem communicating with kbin instances? Seems I can’t subscribe to an instance, but it does look up to date if I browse the content. It might be kbin’s problem, but could you verify this if you get a chance?
Sometimes when I enter community view the buttons on sidebar are not loaded properly. It fixes itself when I visit a post and go back to community view - but it’s broken after refresh (F5)
When using search (I was looking for community technology) I get an alert in lower left corner, like on a screenshot. It doesn’t affect search results - so it’s a minor thing
edit: Now when I modify the query the results get duplicated (at least in a case the results show one match)
It’s kind of related (on the topic of cluttering local view) - I wish there was a functionality to group some communities as a user - I’d love to seperate SFW from NSFW stuff, or even more granularity and control over stuff I’m in the mood for browsing at the momment.
But I agree that local view wouldn’t probaly work well for everyone as a curated feed, so I wouldn’t worry too much about that.
About personal communities - can a community be set as private? I imagine some people would like to make them not visible to everybody. I don’t know how would that even work with federation though
The source on e621 is not always provided. I think it’s worth mentioning bookmarking (or installing browser extension) for https://saucenao.com or https://fluffle.xyz and look for source that way if it’s found on e621 and no source was provided. I think I saw them linked somewhere, maybe in meta, but doesn’t hurt to post them again
I meant search page I guess. There’s a magnifying glass Icon at the top of the page. You should see something like this on the Image here. And then you can subscribe to the community from your instance
Most importantly - has it worked for you? If so, I’m glad I could help. If not, I’m sorry, but I’m still pretty new to this and don’t know much yet
Try putting the full provided link (as posted, no editing, so: https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/c/lemmy_wishlist) in search bar of your instance. This should prompt this community to start getting federated on your instance and then it should be accessible at https://lemm.ee/c/lemmy_wishlist@lemmy.blahaj.zone
What does DG/CB stand for? I have never seen those and I can’t find explanation online
