I don’t know about the other three pics, but I wouldn’t exactly take the liberals involved in the German 1848 revolution (upper left) as rolemodels. They were elitist nationalists from upper bourgeoisie, not real democrats and e.g. not especially fond of the working plebs…

2·vor 1 TagOk, seems to have been a slight misunderstanding on my part.
It doesn’t mean segregation of people within the same church building, but the fact that there still a lot of churches exist, that are only visited by one racial group.
See e.g. this Columbia Daily Tribune article

1·vor 1 TagSo this is wrong information in the Wikipedia? That there are still churches that separate people by their races?
Read that in another post and think it good it is an option.
But, honestly, I prefer the robots to reduce the work I have to do, not be a source of additional work.
And also not to spy on me out of the box…
Would be enough.
It’s basically what the Roombas we have been using for the past 20 years or so have been doing.
Totally fine.
Are there any cloud-free vacuuming robots still available?
Our current one is now 5+ years old, so may be in need of a replacement someday soon.
Was already hard to get a cloud-free one even then.

3·vor 2 TagenI just discovered why the Baptists are not listed separately:
They are part of the sub-confessions that make up the Evangelicals, if I understood that correctly.

2·vor 2 TagenAre you from the US?
When reading about the baptists in the German Wikipedia, I stumbled upon this (auto-translated):The Baptists of the South saw it very differently. Although both the blacks and the whites were predominantly Baptists, the churches were almost consistently racially separated until the 1960s, in part they still are.
Can you confirm? Is this true?

Almost as much Catholics as Evengelicals… That surprises me, I was expecting the Evangelicals to have a much clearer majority.
This is impressive evidence that there isn’t “The Internet” any more.
90% of the dots in this image basically never personally appear on what I perceive as “The Internet”, which is just the Euro-North-American-centric bubble I happen to reside in.
Kinda sad.
Misses the “will forever be brooding about what would have happened if you had tried” outcome.
The German Wikipedia page needs some improvement, though.
Only contains deliberate wordplays and somewhat cringy dad jokes as examples…
