@protestation Why does the board/owners get 20+% pay increase per year plus bonus plus extra. at the same time, workers struggle to get a 1-2% increase (if lucky) - no bonus, extras. Annualized inflation has been (since 2010) around 3.5%. Looking at work, workers should get the 10%+ increase/year while owners/board should get 1-2% increase/year.
