Das BVerfG ist daher der Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Verfassung und Gesellschaft. Solange dies durch verfassungstreue Verfassungsrechtswissenschaftler besetzt ist und die Regierung die Urteile akzeptiert und respektiert habe ich keine große Befürchtung
