When trump was elected and I was considering what countries to move I consulted a friends. He’s a progressive dude, I’m a socialist both white. Most of our political conversations revolve around whether the workers really need to own the means of production or if you just build enough, a safety net and welfare stayed on top of capitalism.
And shrimp was elected. I was sure he would be as worried about it as I was. He tried to calm me down by jokingly saying " I’m a straight white man. What’s the worst they’re going to do? Make me marry two wives"?

There are lots of polls and ways to slice this but this tracks with what I see

As an American who voted third party instead of Kamala because of these kinds of policy’s, (I don’t mean to offend you) but I don’t think you know what you’re talking about.
