I had a little difficulty understanding the story, but aside from of course not knowing you nor your age or English even being my first language I think I get the gist.
Yeah, for like 30 years one small thing could ruin my day. I left that mostly behind me but I think wanting to avoid this is one of the big reasons for unhealthy masking. Luckily I’m older now, found out I’m an Autist and simply don’t gaf at many times.
