When you get all packed away with good tucking panties or tucking tape, you don’t really get random erections lol

But yeah it can still happen, it can be embarrassing. You can kind of alternately squeeze your thighs (not with your hands like your own thigh muscle) I dont know the physiological reason that helps but apparently it does, you can go to the ladies room to re-adjust as needed.

HRT did take away those daily random erections for me, but it took a few months. I don’t wake up with an erection anymore, that took about a year. This is gross, but I do fucking drip now when I’m turned on about to get down. That’s kinda new, that’s post prog. E helps most trans women with cutting down erections but sometimes it doesn’t! Also some trans women WANT to keep their ability to get erections!

As an aside, it’s very curious to me that it’s 90% ftm detransitioners (as in tried to live as a man and then detransitioned) that get the spotlight. I don’t think they care all that much about transwomen who go on to detransition, but they love the story of a young lady who got caught up in the “trans agenda.” I think if they met a man who detransitioned from being a trans woman they’d lose a lot of respect for him…

A lot of them talk about how hard it was to live as a trans man and the comraderie they miss from the sisterhood, also it doesn’t help that you can’t really ease into T the way you E takes forever to kick off. I do wonder what could’ve been different if they had had a support system that helped guide them through that, instead of being so alone.

You don’t have to get into it, but low functional level usually means “has issues with activities of daily living or instrumental activities of daily living” - like, driving or taking transit, or self hygiene, or doing your dishes and cooking your own food, being able to pick up your prescriptions and being compliant/taking them as prescribed, planning for the week or month or even longer term, being able to use a bank and pay bills, etc etc. Everything going okay with the above, comrade? Do you need more supports or social worker style help to get you sorted? Or are they just being judgey and you’re good on the above.

Communication difficulties… well that’s kind of on them. Like, they don’t just email or text, or call, it’s only face to face interaction when they tell you to come?? And then like they can decide “oh this person insufficiently masks, we shan’t be giving then their medicine.” Fucking come on. I can understand needing to see someone once or twice just so you know they actually exist beyond a name in an email. Ugh, that’s so frustrating.

Oh, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. How do you feel about diy? I fucking hate medical gate keeping, I swear to god. the treatment for dysphoria is transition, and ome big help for people can be HRT. It saves lives, it’s fucking bull shit!!!
