1·3 years agoI am not sure if you should bother with the Sigma. I had a lot of trouble with my Tamron 150-600 mm lens and I’ve heard of people who’ve had similar problems with Sigma. Issues with focussing and sharpness especially. And it’s also really heavy. I’ve been able to get better pictures with the 100-400 than I was with the 150-600 mm Tamron which I’ve ultimately sold again.
I would recommend you try it out before you buy it. Maybe mine was just a bad model. But as I said, others have reported the same thing with Tamron and Sigma on Canon R cameras.

1·3 years agoThank you! It was taken with a Canon EOS R10 and an RF 100-400 mm lens.
As I understand it, the discount applies to a new Brompton, not the DB one you’d been riding.
Someone knows his castles! It is indeed the Sparrenburg :-)

1·3 years agoI love wrens. The ones we have here in Germany sing so loudly. Definitely one of the largest voice-to-body ratios of any bird.
Really beautiful bird! I love the blue ring around its eye. Reminds me a little bit of the Collared Doves we have here in Europe, but the Mourning Dove looks prettier I think :-)
I have never been a hard-core gamer and didn’t finish either D2 or even D3 — I did spend a lot of time with both of them, however, and thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.
I really like D4 so far, I have to say. Runs perfectly on my SteamDeck and it’s a lot of fun to play! If you look past the fact that you need an active Internet connection and the fact that there are (so far) purely cosmetic micro transactions, I think it’s a really fun and good game!

Sorta kinda. I usually pop in to check on reports every now and then but I haven’t really seen all that many yet.
