For things like mushrooms it’s taken me about 24hrs to get fully dry. I’d guess a little longer for the dehydrator being packed that densely.

For general commuter driving they’re harder to lose control in. Granted they have all sorts of TCS tricks to fix some of that but it’s still a factor. For people who enjoy driving its a total negative unfortunately.

Honestly not sure why people get so upset about American cheese. It’s just cheese with an emulsifier in it that softens it. Best burger cheese by far.
