The irony that Chicago PD would be investigating law enforcement malfeasance is palpable.
In case anyone was unawares, CPD runs their own blacksites for the express purpose of violating constitutional rights and committing human rights abuses.

Within the same paragraph, this article’s author dismisses the RT audience score as right-wing review bombing, and then holds up the absurdly inflated RT critics rating, that is full of media shills whose primary function is to boost ratings of the slop coming out of the major studios.
Well I’m a socialist, and a casual enjoyer of Star Trek i.e. not a Trekkie, and I thought this show was complete and utter dog shit.
It’s a white label CW teen soap with a Star Trek label slapped on it.
The show’s writers clearly either don’t like Star Trek, don’t understand it, or just don’t care.
Oh no, does this mean I’m now MAGA?

Have you read the book?
If so, bad news, the show runner has confirmed they aren’t any more time jumps, which means either he’s not even going to finish the civil war (dance of the dragons), or he’s going to replace the ending with his own bastardized fan fiction version of it.
That said, even though S02 was a disappointment, it hasn’t reached GoT S08 levels of bad, yet, so…that’s something.

They wouldn’t, but it’s not super popular.
S02 killed it’s momentum.
This is anecdotal, but I loved S01, rewatched it before S02 premiered, and I couldn’t even finish watching S02.
I don’t think I was alone in that experience.

Did you read the article?
‘Benefits of cousin marriages’
The NHS guidance, meanwhile, goes on to describe the benefits of cousin marriages.
The papers explain how “marriage within the family can provide financial and social security at the individual, family and wider kinship levels”.
If that’s not extolling the virtues of impregnanting your cousins, I don’t know what it is.

…jfc dude
Fun fact: Most of the places it’s legal in are blue. Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina are the only red states it’s legal in, out of 17 total states. If we include states where it’s conditionally legal (usually based on age/fertility) it’s Utah out of 7 states.

You’re not as persuasive as you think you are…and you’re not fooling anyone.

If we ever get Medicare for All, I hope our national insurance agency doesn’t put out a paper extolling the virtues of fucking and impregnanting your cousins.

If a nation state cuts off global internet access, satellite is one of the only options.
That doesn’t change just because it’s not ideal, or because governments have countermeasures.

Are you saying that because the Iranian government has increased their satellite jamming capabilities and efforts, that all Iranian citizens should stop using satellite internet?
Or are you under the impression that because the government may be jamming signals in one, or multiple different locations, that they’re jamming all frequencies, in all places, at all times?

Not to be confused with the fabulous MMA documentarian/video essayist: Napoleon Blownapart.

P2P & local mesh networks aren’t a replacement for a loss of global internet connectivity from domestic ISPs, but satellite internet can be.

Knowing that information, and not making it public, makes you complicit.
Figure out a way to safely and publicly disclose that information.
If I had to guess, he’s a Florida landscaper or contractor, because that’s their MO, but just because it’s commonplace, doesn’t mean you’re not complicit for choosing not to share the information.

Yes, we owe the Democrats our votes no matter what they do, or don’t do.
I now realize that the Democratic party didn’t fail their voters or America, we failed them.
Thank you for showing me the light.

It would be a real shame if people online started to regularly report his wife to ICE and any local law enforcement collaborators.

I realize I’m a bit late, but in case you haven’t decided yet, let me just say this:
Yes, oh fuck yes.
Easily one of the best shows on TV right now AND it has a regular yearly release schedule.

Hollywood churns out mostly dogshit quality movies, reboots, and sequels, of which a single ticket is around $20.
A family of 4 could easily spend over $100 just to see one mediocre movie.
Either Hollywood movie studios works with theaters to change that reality, or theaters die, and studios get acquired by streamers without any fear of antitrust to hold them back.
The only change I can see them making is increasing their ticket and concession prices.

Even without considering any of the mitigating factors here, it is insane that British courts upheld the decision to stripe a citizen of their citizenship.
If she’s committed a crime then repatriate her, arrest her, and try her in a court of law for whatever crime she’s alleged to have committed.
Frankly, everyone involved in the decision to strip her citizenship should be arrested and prosecuted, irrespective of whether or not she’s ever found guilty of any crimes.
Is this reporting accurate? Maybe, maybe not, I don’t know, but I do know that I don’t trust this source to report accurately on Iran.
