If it wasn’t Chromium, Vivaldi would def be my daily driver. They have a lot of the same ideas of what a browser should be. They’ve basically recreated OG Opera in the present day. All that’s missing is an independent engine. RIP Presto. I realize them being able to develop all these cool features is a result of them handing off the engine work to Google. I wish they could do both
Graphics are great. Hardware requirements are low, but there are bugs that accumulate with more play time. Learning curve is infinite and permadeath is only option despite a bunch of claims to mod/patch it. PVP is broken, constant spawn camping and pay to play behavior. Microtransactions are a pain. Huge variety of mission types, yet it still ends up feeling like a bunch of fetch quests sometimes. Side quests are the way to go, the main campaign is not super rewarding
Its rather remarkable that they spend years claiming the elites of this country are a secret cabal of child predators, then they elect a guy who is literally a child predator and he pardons various child predators to protect himself. It really was accusations in a mirror and projection the whole damn time.

I almost wish they’d just pull off the bandaid, openly rule that the first amendment only applies to Christians and unmask themselves. They’ve been slowly making a Christian theocracy and people need to wake up to what is happening.

I get what you’re saying, but he’s spent years investigating this subject, so it feels fair for him to be given some credit for it. No requirement that we name things after the literal person who discovered it, particularly because that’s often impossible to prove.
Even in CA, we had a Texan middle school teacher who drilled into our heads like a mantra that the Civil War was about disagreements over States’ rights/tariffs/etc.
